If you accidentally made a purchase, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If 24 hours have passed after your purchase, we could not cancel it as it will be shipped. Still if 24 hours have passed, please email us and we will check the status and if product is still not shipped, we will cancel the order and fully refund you, but if product is already shipped, we can’t cancel it.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.
